Feng He, Founder of Deeplink, the decentralized AI cloud gaming protocol, spoke exclusively with Global Crypto about how Deeplink is reshaping the gaming industry through AI-driven optimizations, decentralized GPU computing, and Web3 tech. With a mission to make high-performance gaming more accessible worldwide, the platform is rapidly gaining traction, boasting millions of users and key partnerships in the esports sector. In this in-depth Q&A, Feng shares insights on Deeplink’s cutting-edge tech stack, its upcoming Token Generation Event (TGE), and the future of decentralized cloud gaming.
1. Hi Feng, it’s great to have you with us today! Can you introduce us to Deeplink and explain a bit about the protocol’s core mission?
“Absolutely, I appreciate the opportunity! Deeplink is on a mission to revolutionize the gaming industry by leveraging AI, blockchain technology and decentralized GPU computing. Our goal is to make high-performance, low-latency gaming experiences more accessible to users worldwide, regardless of their hardware capabilities. When we started, the vision was to democratize the gaming landscape, and I think we’ve made some great progress.”
2. How does integrating AI enhance the gaming experience on your platform?
“AI plays a pivotal role in optimizing game rendering and overall performance. AI-driven algorithms can be put to work to dynamically adjust graphics settings and predict network conditions, ensuring smooth gameplay even on devices with lower specs. Specifically, our AI Agent Dee enhances gaming through advanced AI technologies, providing a personalized gaming experience with adaptive game recommendations and performance optimization. In game development, it helps create smarter NPCs and enhances user engagement. Additionally, in cloud gaming infrastructure, it optimizes GPU usage and reduces latency through machine learning, ensuring a smoother and more efficient gaming experience.”
3. What unites the Deeplink team?
“We have assembled an industry-leading team of experts with tenure at renowned companies such as Cisco, Intel and Nvidia. Collectively, we have a deep well of experience in AI, blockchain and cloud gaming, and share a vision to establish Deeplink as the gold standard decentralized AI cloud gaming protocol.”
4. Can you explain how decentralized GPU computing benefits your users?
“By tapping into a distributed network of GPU nodes, we can offer scalable and cost-effective computing power. This decentralization reduces latency and allows users to enjoy AAA gaming titles without the need for expensive hardware, as the heavy lifting is handled by our global GPU network.”
5. What types of partnership initiatives have you been focused on?
“We’ve been engaging with a range of internet cafes and esports hotels worldwide to offer seamless and accessible gaming services, enabling users to enjoy AAA games on any device. Esports internet cafés are booming in popularity, especially in Asia, attracting nearly 1 billion annual users across key gaming markets like South Korea, Japan, and China. However, the industry faces significant challenges, including high operational costs, expensive hardware upgrades, and growing competition from home gaming setups. To remain profitable, esport cafés are embracing cloud gaming, which offloads hardware processing to remote servers, cutting costs while maintaining high-quality gameplay.”
6. How does your platform ensure low-latency gaming experiences while handling scalability?
“We strategically position our GPU nodes globally, bringing computing resources closer to end-users. This edge computing approach, combined with AI-driven optimizations, minimizes data travel time, resulting in ultra-low latency and responsive gameplay. Our decentralized architecture allows us to scale horizontally by adding more GPU nodes as demand grows. This flexibility ensures that we can maintain optimal performance levels and accommodate a rapidly expanding user base without compromising the gaming experience.”
7. How do players access games on your platform and what are some of your success metrics?
“Users can access our platform through a lightweight client application compatible with various devices, including PCs, smartphones, and smart TVs. Once connected, they can browse our game library and stream titles directly from our decentralized network without the need for downloads or installations. Built on the DeepLink Protocol, our DeepLink software is now available in over 100 countries worldwide, with more than 2.7 million users, including over 300K daily active users and over 900K monthly active users. We are experiencing rapid growth.”
8. What opportunities does your platform offer to game developers?
“We provide developers with a decentralized infrastructure that reduces hosting costs and expands their reach to a global audience. Our blockchain-based asset management system also enables new monetization models, allowing developers to earn revenue from secondary in-game item markets.”
9. Tell us about your upcoming TGE.
“Our highly anticipated TGE is right around the corner, scheduled for 18th March. As the native token of this ecosystem, DLC will play a central role in facilitating transactions, incentivizing participants, and ensuring our platform’s operational efficiency. Our TGE provides early participants with a chance to join our ecosystem. With DLC’s fixed rewards and burn mechanism, early miners and users can maximize their returns.”
10. What are your future plans for the platform?
“Looking ahead, we plan to integrate more advanced AI features to further enhance gameplay and personalization, while continuing to expand our partnerships with game developers and hardware providers. The global cloud gaming market is projected to exceed $20.93 billion by 2030, growing at a CAGR of 45.5%. We want to be at the centre of this investment surge.”
